Who we share data with<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hosting:<\/strong> Hostinger, which hosts this website and its database.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payments:<\/strong> Stripe (card payments) and PayPal, each acting as an independent controller for the payment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delivery:<\/strong> the carrier that delivers your parcel (name, address, phone or email for delivery notices), and our partner factory or fulfilment partner that packs your order.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Email:<\/strong> our email service provider, to send order and customer care emails.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Authorities:<\/strong> customs and tax authorities, where the law requires it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. International transfers<\/h2>\n<p>We are based in the United States, so your data is processed in the US and in the countries where our service providers operate. Where data leaves the EU or the UK, we rely on adequacy decisions (including the EU\u2013US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified) or on the European Commission&#8217;s standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum.<\/p>\n<h2>5. How long we keep data<\/h2>\n<p>Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and commercial law requires (usually up to 10 years). Customer care messages are kept for 3 years after the last contact. Accounts are kept until you delete them or after 3 years without use. Technical logs are deleted after 30 days.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Card payments are handled by PCI DSS certified payment providers. Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to serve you.<\/p>\n<h2>11.
