Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you buy from ROSAVELI.

Last updated: 27 September 2026

These terms apply to all orders placed on rosaveli.com. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

rosaveli.com is operated by FAIRFAX AND FAVOR LTD, trading as ROSAVELI, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 08517501, with its registered office at Narford Hall, Narford, King’s Lynn, Norfolk, England, PE32 1JA. You can contact us at support@rosaveli.com or +44 7230 011568. Full company details are on our Legal Information page.

2. Who can buy

Our shop is for consumers aged 18 or over buying for personal use. We deliver only to the countries listed on our Shipping & Delivery page.

3. Our products

We sell footwear and small leather goods under the ROSAVELI name. Each product page lists the main characteristics of the item, including heel height, toe shape, fastening, materials and, for accessories, dimensions. Product images are illustrations of the design; colours and small details can look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. Sizes follow our Size Guide.

All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will tell you and refund you in full.

4. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in the currency of your selected delivery country — US dollars, pounds sterling, euros, Danish, Swedish or Norwegian kroner, Swiss francs or Canadian dollars — and your payment is taken in that currency. The price you pay is the total shown at checkout, made up of the price of the goods and the delivery charge. Where we are required to charge VAT or sales tax, it is included in the price shown. Import duties and taxes that may be charged by the destination country are explained on our shipping page.

Your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fees if your card is in a different currency; these are outside our control.

If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. How the contract is made

Our product pages are an invitation to order. When you click “Place order and pay”, you make a binding offer to buy the items in your basket. After your payment is authorised, we send you an order confirmation email; the contract between you and us is formed when we send that email. We store the order details; you can find them in the confirmation email and, if you have an account, in your account. The contract language is the language of the website you ordered in, or English.

Before you place your order, you can check and correct your details and basket at any time using your browser’s back button or the links in the checkout.

6. Payment

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, and PayPal payments by PayPal; we never see or store your full card number. Payment is taken when you place your order. Our checkout is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page and shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated. Ownership passes to you when we receive full payment.

8. Cancellation, returns and your right of withdrawal

You can cancel your order free of charge until it has been dispatched. After dispatch, you can return items within 30 days of delivery under our Returns & Refunds policy. Consumers in the UK and the EU also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, explained on our Right of Withdrawal page.

9. Faulty goods and legal guarantee

We are under a legal duty to supply products that conform with the contract. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with your statutory rights. Normal wear from use, damage caused by misuse or by ignoring the care guidance on the product page is not a fault.

10. Promotions and discount codes

From time to time we may offer promotions or discount codes. The conditions of each promotion — such as its value, eligible products, minimum order value and validity period — will be stated where the promotion is announced. Unless stated otherwise, only one code can be used per order, codes cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be applied to orders already placed and may be withdrawn at the end of the stated period. If you return items bought with a discount, you are refunded the amount you actually paid. There are no promotions running at present.

11. Legal and export restrictions

We only accept orders for delivery to the countries we list. You are responsible for making sure that the goods may lawfully be imported into your country and for any import charges described on our shipping page. We may refuse or cancel orders that we reasonably believe would breach applicable sanctions, export or import laws, or that appear to be placed for resale.

12. Our liability

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory consumer rights. We supply products for domestic and private use only.

13. Personal data

We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@rosaveli.com. We reply within two business days and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

15. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or of your country of residence.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you placed it.
