A garden you can wear
ROSAVELI makes midi dresses, blouses, skirts and hair scarves in prints painted from garden flowers, and the same shapes in plain linen.
It starts with a flower
Every ROSAVELI print begins as a painting. A rose with the dew still on it, a hedgerow of wild dog-roses, a lawn full of daisies, peonies glowing after sunset. We paint each flower in gouache or watercolour, turn it into a repeat and give it a name. There are twelve prints in the garden at the moment, and every one of them is our own.
We plant the shop by the size of the flower. Big blooms for the days you want to be seen across a garden party. Tiny ditsy prints for everyday. And a bed of plain linen for the days you would rather not wear flowers at all.
One pattern, two fabrics
Our partner garment factory cuts the printed dresses and the linen dresses from the same set of pattern pieces. A square neck in rose-print viscose has a twin in blush linen-cotton. If one fits you, the other will too, and you can wear the same shape in two very different moods.
The same thinking runs through the rest of the garden: each print is cut into a dress or skirt, a blouse and a hair scarf, so the pieces can be worn together or apart.
What we promise, and what we don’t
- Every product page lists the fabric composition, care instructions and the length in centimetres, with US sizes and UK and EU conversions.
- Our photographs show the real colours as closely as we can, but every screen is different. If a colour is not what you expected, you can send it back.
- We do not claim fabrics are organic or 100% linen unless the label says so. Our linen dresses are a linen-cotton blend, and we say so.
- We will never show you invented reviews, countdown timers or “only 2 left” messages.
